Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
High-speed, automated placement of surface-mount devices with exceptional accuracy. Our reflow soldering process supports high-density, compact board layouts and fine-pitch components, including QFNs, BGAs, and 0201 passives.
SMT is the backbone of modern electronics manufacturing, and our automated lines deliver the repeatability and precision that hand assembly can't match.
Through-Hole Technology (THT)
For components that demand mechanical strength — connectors, large capacitors, transformers, and terminal blocks — we provide selective and wave soldering. Through-hole assembly remains essential for boards subjected to physical stress, high current, or harsh environments, and our certified operators build every joint to IPC standards.
Mixed-Technology Assembly
Most real-world boards combine SMT and through-hole components. We integrate both seamlessly in a single workflow, giving you maximum design flexibility without splitting your build across vendors. Mixed-technology assembly is where one-roof manufacturing pays off — no coordination headaches, no quality gaps between processes.
Turnkey & Consigned Assembly
We offer full turnkey assembly, including component sourcing through our trusted supplier network, or consigned/partial-kit assembly where you supply some or all of the components. Turnkey takes procurement off your
plate; we identify reliable alternates when exact parts aren't available, keeping your build on schedule without compromising design intent.
Inspection & Testing Built In
Quality isn't a final step — it's integrated throughout assembly:
- 2D & 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) detects solder defects, component misalignment, and surface flaws.
- X-ray inspection examines hidden joints and BGAs non-destructively, catching voids and bridging traditional inspection can't see.
- Functional testing (FCT) validates board performance against your test procedures before shipment
